You mention listening to podcasts and audio books to spend your time wisely. Was there a go to book you found that helped you re-structure your day and find those extra hours? I already don’t watch much television.

This sets the framework but i used common sense and tried to listen to podcasts and audiobooks whenever I could, even for 5 minutes while I’m getting dressed in the morning. Times like my long walks are easy time blocks.
Nowadays, podcasts and audiobooks sync across all of your devices, so you can switch from an ipad to your phone when you go to the car. I now even set the sleep timer and listen for 30 minutes before I nod off!
